Important notice for VISA application
It is recommended to start the VISA application process well in advance of the planned travel date. International attendees requiring a business VISA to travel to Italy should contact the nearest Italian Embassy or Consulate.
Easy steps to follow when applying for your VISA
- find out if you need a VISA to enter Italy
- if you need a VISA, get complete information at the nearest Italian Embassy or Consulate
- request an Official Letter of Invitation
International attendees requiring an Official Letter of Invitation from SaMoTer-Veronafiere in support of the VISA application, should submit their request by filling in the appropriate form available on this page.
SaMoTer-Veronafiere will examine only those requests indicating a company email address and including useful information certifying that your business activity is relevant to SaMoTer product sectors.
If the request is positively evaluated, you will receive an email of confirmation within 7 working days.
According to the personal data you will provide us (passport number, spelling of names etc.) only one Official Letter of Invitation will be issued. Any further amendment will not be taken into consideration for a new letter issuing. - Get all your documentation ready (a valid passport, appropriate application forms to be obtained from your local Embassy or Consulate detailing employment status, reason for travel and financial status, documents to support the application, proof of payment of VISA fees, additional documents that your local Embassy or Consulate may require)
